
Rebecca Manion MD, MSc
Dr. Rebecca Manion completed her Medical School in Calgary and Obstetrics & Gynaecology Residency in Ottawa, Ontario. She returned to Calgary in 2023 to complete subspecialty training in Female Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive Surgery, where she now practices as of 2025, at the Foothills Medical Centre. She holds an appointment within the Department of Obstetrics & Gynaecology Cumming School of Medicine as a Clinical Assistant Professor and is a lecturer for the Physicians Assistant (PA) Master’s Program. Prior to completing her medical training, she obtained her MSc in Health Economics, and currently sits on the Fees Advisory Committee for the Alberta Medical Association. Her research interests include menopause, perimenopause and mid-life women’s health, as well as the economic burden of age-related chronic disease.
